The maintenance of bowl bearing part of cone crusher includes:
(a) Repair the fixing of the bowl tile, the bowl tile is fixed on the
bearing seat using the garden pin cast zinc, such as loose to re-cast zinc
alloy. Otherwise, when lifting the moving cone, it will be stuck to the
spherical surface of the moving cone by lubricating oil, which will cause an
accident.
(2) The contact condition of the maintenance bowl tile: the contact surface
of the bowl tile should be in contact with the outer ring of the bowl, and the
width of the contact ring is 0.3-0.5 feet, if the contact is too large, it
should be re-trimmed;
(3) Check the surface of the bowl tile: when the tile surface is worn to
the bottom of the oil ditch (the oil ditch is smooth) or the fixed pin is
exposed and cracks should be replaced;
(4) The bowl-shaped bearing seat and the frame should be tight, such as
after grinding out the gap, the bearing seat produces series movement during
operation, which will cause the spindle to have poor contact with the cone
sleeve, and even impact each other. After this gap, dust-proof water will also
splash into the body and destroy the lubrication. If the gap is greater than 2
mm, it should be repaired or replaced.
